He has more than 30 years of experience working with executives and management teams leading businesses ranging from start-ups to Fortune 100 firms in a broad range of industries.

Michael is a Strategic Advisor for Butler Snow Advisory Services, specializing in Strategic Business Development – helping clients identify optimal markets to penetrate, then designing and implementing business development strategies to help them gain a competitive advantage within the sector.
Successful business developers must also be savvy relationship builders, and Michael has a tremendous track record developing and maintaining business relationships in the real estate, financial management, wholesale/distribution and a broad spectrum of other business sectors.
He began his career in 1983, managing and leasing office buildings with Fults & Associates in Dallas, TX. He was consistently the company’s top producer for project leasing during his tenure there. In 1991, he joined PM Realty Group in Dallas, where he served as Vice President of Leasing responsible for business development and all project leasing activities in the market. He also served as Leasing Director for Carmel Property Management, where he headed the leasing team for the 1.8M square foot Republic Towers complex in downtown Dallas.

As a Strategic Advisor for Butler Snow Advisory Services, Henry utilizes his proven financial management and operational expertise for the benefit of multiple Butler Snow Advisory Services portfolio companies. He has more than 15 years of experience providing strategic financial leadership to companies ranging from small local businesses to publicly traded entities across a variety of industries and stages of growth.
His roots in public accounting have led him to roles as both a corporate controller and day-to-day Chief Financial Officer. In the CFO capacity, he has led companies in developing business models and valuations, managing financial operations, implementing turnaround strategies, raising private equity, procuring debt financing, and preparing for buy/sell transactions. He currently specializes in financial business modeling and valuation, strategic financial planning, and fundraising support. Henry currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer of BHN, Eye Care Professionals, NunoErin, and Women’s Specialty Center.
LAUREN CANNADA LOMAX
As a Strategic Advisor for Butler Snow Advisory Services, Lauren is constantly utilizing her seasoned analytical skills to evaluate opportunities for the firm in fast growing industries ranging from life sciences to technology. She spearheads customized research assignments with respect to analyzing niche markets and forecasting emerging trends that are of tremendous value to Butler Snow Advisory Services and clients alike.
Prior to joining Butler Snow Advisory Services, Lauren served as a Project Manager for Fidelis Public Policy Group, a leading Southeast U.S. public policy consulting firm formed to foster economic development in Mississippi, while focusing on improving the state’s educational system infrastructure. In this capacity she supported initiatives ranging from fund-raising, marketing and meeting organization, to grant writing and policy research and support for clients.
